GALAPAGOS EVOLUTION AND ADAPTION STUFF I HAVE LEARNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELLO EVERYBODY
ITS HAZA IN DA HOUSE
Image result for galapagos
I have come to tell you about the topic we have learnt this week. We have learnt about the Galapagos, Adaption and Evolution. I learnt that every single animal on the Galapagos adapted  to the environment and evolved over time. I also learnt that millions of years ago volcanoes erupted and lava created the islands.  My favourite animal on the Galapagos is the sea lion. It is a very unique animal. We have had to write 2 essays on the Galapagos and animal adaption. There are lots of other things I learnt but I don't want to write A THIRD ESSAY!
A fun thing to learn about next term would be planes and aero dynamics because aero dynamics is a very fun topic to learn about and tricky so you have to be smart or know a lot about planes ( I do).

Next term I would also like to learn about physics because I love sport and flying.

Sport Moniter roles and responsibilities

HALOOOOOOOOO EVERYBODYYYYYY
HEY!
This year I have been chosen to take on a role/responsibilities. That role is a Sport Monitor. For the Sport Monitor I help out with sports around the school. Also I unlock the P.E shed and roll out the trolley which is filled with sports equipment. Then once we have the trolley out, we lock the shed and roll the trolley down onto the courts. But if kids need gear from the shed, they have to ask me or the person I am on with. I run the P.E shed with J.L and Jesse but he doesn't help out as much. I run it on Monday morning teas but not lunch times because we go to tech in between lunch time and tech.

One of the ways I think I have helped out being a Sport Monitor is if kids want sports equipment I can help them. Another way is that I can referee or umpire some kids games if they want to make the game fair.

Some things I have enjoyed about this role is that it has boosted my confidence for sports. Also it has strengthened my passion for sport.

I haven't learned to much about being a Sport Monitor. Except that handling sport related things is actually not that hard.

One of the things I've found challenging was teaching year 4 kids to play touch rugby. Otherwise its been pretty easy.

I don't think I have any suggestions to change this role.

ASB money man (AKA VANE) HE MADE ME BE CHECKOUT CHARLIE

HALOOOOOO EVERYBODYYYY
HEY.
On Wednesday, we had the ASB money man come in and talk to us about money.
I am pretty sure that the company has talked to us years ago before.
THAT WAS THE TIME TRAVEL GUY!!!
BUT THIS YEAR HE WAS THE MONEY MAN!!!
But his actual name was Vanepale Sopoaga.
Let's get back on the task sheet track.
When he did his presentation I had to be...
CHECKOUT CHARLIE AND I HAD TO WEAR A  SPOTTY SCARF!!!
The lesson was worthwhile because Vane was sooooooo much fun.
Some of the key points from the lesson were to have at least some savings and to make sure that we spend money wisely and the right way.
One of my financial goals are to have lots of funds for collage/university .
Also  to save up for G.T.A 5 by Christmas.
I think I do manage my money well bt I can improve

TALK TO YOU IN THE NEXT BLOG POST BYEEEEEEEEE :)

MISSION FAIR!!!!!

WAZZUP
HAZA IN DA HOUSE

Last week on Friday we had the Mission Fair.
My group was the pillow smack down group.
Our stall was a pretty big hit.
We earned $10 in the first fight, yet we were only charging $1 per person!
But we should've charged a bit more, because we only earned about $56.
The purpose of the fair was for caritas to raise money for Vanuatu, which got badly hit by Cyclone Pam.
The entire school raised over $2300!
The plus side is that we did the best stall ever.
But the down side is that we didn't charge enough.
Also it isn't a mission fair without pillow fighting.
Plus its good to have a sugar rush from the fair for dodge ball!:)
