HEY GUYS ITS COMEDY SHORTS GAMER HERE (NOT)!!
Every Thursday we go down to Nairnville park and do activities for an hour ( gymnastics, rippa rugby. etc.) We have learnt about gymnastics skills for about 4-5 , 2 weeks of rippa rugby and 1 week of football (soccer) ( I'm pretty sure we are learning soccer for another week ).
The thing I enjoyed most was rippa rugby because I love any type of rugby. Also I got to have an extra practise of using my step and holding the ball in 2 hands. My favourite thing about doing this was that I also got use my speed and passing skills.
Some skills I have learnt in gymnastics is balance and how to run in zones for rugby and soccer.
I don't really think I have been pushing myself to the limit because if I did I could have got a serious injury and I don't want that to happen because coming up is my rep trials for rugby but I do feel that I have been getting involved.
I don't know what I could do to get more out of the sessions because I feel like that all of the sessions is tiring enough.
I think that in the future sessions we could possibly do either table tennis or American football because they are both really fun sports.
