He is the most subscribed youtuber ever and is very very popular with 40 million subs.
PewDiePie is my favourite youtuber ever.

Some Youtubers have many subscribers.
Some people even join groups. Like the sidemen or robust.
The sidemen are a group of very popular youtubers.
It includes, KSI, minimiter, Vikstarr, Zerkaa, Tobijzll, FifaManny, Bezhinga, Calfreezy and Wroteshaw.






Robust is also a group of popular youtubers and it includes Jelly, KwebbleKop and Slogoman.




Another popular YouTuber is JackSepticEye.
This guy has over 7 million subs and is very popular.
JackSpeticEye is also friends with many other YouTubers.

BIG DAY OUT MEMORIES!!

SUP BROS!!

I AM BACK FOR ANOTHER POST!! YAYYYYYYY!!

Today I am here to talk to you about my Big Day Out memories...

My favourite big day out was last year. The school went to the recreation center in Newtown were there is many activities to do. There is an indoor sports center, bowling alley, food area, laser force and Junglerama!! We had soooooo00oo much fun there!! It was probably my favourite big day out!!


This year I have absolutely no idea where it will be. But hopefully it will be some place really fun. If it is I would like to go somewhere like laser force or maybe even GO KARTING. That would be awesome to go somewhere like this.


My favourite moment from this year was actually the disco that just recently happened. I liked because it was some of my year 8 friends last disco and I also had a lot of fun while I was there.

BECOMING THE RULERS OF THE SCHOOL (A.K.A YEAR 8'S)

Next year, I am going to become a year 8.
So yeah deal with it.
Next year will be a completely different year for me
since I have volunteered for House Captain. Next year will be super awesome!!



If I did become house captain, my whole year will be completely different to what I would expect. Anyway I feel like next year I can be a very responsible year 8. BUT I REALLY HATE DOING JOBS. IT WASTES MY TIME. PLUS PARENTS ALWAYS SAY WE NEED TO BE ACTIVE. THAT IS WHAT I DO INSTEAD OF JOBS!!!!!

BOOK WEEK!!!!

HEY GUYS!!

Today I am back and I am talking about book week.

My fav part about it was dressing up. My costume was Sullivan from Monsters Inc.

Sully is a blue monster with purple spots on him. Sully is my fav character from monsters inc. He is a monster that scares kids for a living.

My next fav part was the parade. I quite liked seeing everyone dress up and have a good time. So many people were having fun and dressed up brilliantly. My fav costume was Neeve Harmon's dinosaur costume. It was so realistic.

My final fav part book week was getting to meet Kate De Goldi. I mean the real Kate De Goldi!! She told us all about her books and her life. She was so interesting and inspiring. Hopefully she will inspire lots of people to write good books.

Diary of a wimpy kid

HEY GUYS!
Today I am back for another post and it is about my favourite book when I was younger... Diary Of A Wimpy Kid.  When I was younger I thought it was the greatest thing ever and I loved it sooooooooooo much. This book is about the life of a kid called Greg and that is basically all it is.

GREG
Greg is a normal kid and is trying to live a good life. That is basically all about Greg.

ROWLEY
Rowley is a wacky kid who is Greg's best friend. Rowley is pretty funny and is basically Greg's sidekick. Rowley is very funny and tries to hang out with Greg as much as he can---------------->

So yeah Greg and Rowley are the main characters but to really understand what I am saying you probably have to read the books and watch the movies.

AFL is awesome

HEY GUYS!!

Hopefully this doesn't happen to us.

Today I am back for another post and it is about Aussie rules (AFL). Every Thursday for 6 weeks we will go down onto the courts of St Ben's and we will play AFL. Some people from AFL New Zealand come to our school and teach us AFL. We have only just started learning to play but some of us already know how to play. Some of the skills that I learnt is how to drop punt and how to pass. Also the people who teach us give us heaps of catchphrases that help us like 'laces away from faces' and 'x's up and down' or 'arms like arrows'. That's basically all I can remember. I am really excited to learn about AFL  because it is all of my  sports combined.

My social media life

HEY GUYS!!
Today I am telling you about my social media life. The task sheet has spoken and is telling me to write about my favourite TV show/ video game/ movie. So let's get to it.

My fave TV show is called Jono and Ben. It is about these 2 best friends who made a TV show and hang out with heaps of stars like Justin Beiber and Maria Tutia etc. These 2 dudes always are mucking around and doing crazy stuff. One time they went on a bouncy castle and sailed across lake Taupo. It was 42km and they had so much trouble but they eventually did it. They even have someone who is on the show with them called Guy Williams. He tries to be funny but kinda isn't. So that's basically Jono and Ben. If you are looking for a really funny TV show, I recommend going to TV 3 at 7:30 on Friday night because it is the greatest TV show ever..




Now I have to talk about my favourite movie. Well I don't really have a fave movie but OK. I reckon my fave movie is Blended. It is funny movie which has Adam Sandler in it. Blended is all about 2 families that go to Africa for a family vacation and these 2 people who met on a blind date end up sharing rooms with them. It is kind of hard to explain so It is probably better if you guys watch the movie and it will make more sense.




Now for my fave video game. My favourite video game is obviously WWE 2K16. I like it because I like wrestling. I know that WWE is fake but it looks really cool. I also like it because it requires strength which I have. Also because all the finishing moves are so cool and are so easy to do. WWE 2K16 is a very awesome game and I am hoping that I can get it on Xbox One for Christmas.

Harry Collier The Captain of The All Blacks!!

HEY GUYS!!
So I am back to talk about my future/dream job.
As you can tell by the title you can tell that I want to be a All Black/ professional rugby player!! At the moment I am pretty good at rugby and I know all about the sport. When I do grow up I will play I will probably play probably play in the loose forwards (numbers 6,7 or 8) because I am strong and can tackle people really painfully. Otherwise if I can get fit enough, I will play in the backs at halfback or first-five-eight (no. 9 or 10) because I have a pretty good box kick, I can pass a very long way and I can catch a high ball very well. But at no. 10 I can pass the ball quickly and am very good at chipping the ball out to the wing. Plus I can smash the opponents on
defence really well.

If I wanted to have this job, at college I would have to work really hard so I can go ahead and play rugby. But my parents told me that you don't have to get a degree, you just have to have skill. But I am not 100% sure about that.


The other job I would have after playing rugby I would be a lawyer!! The reason I want to be a lawyer is well... I am not really sure why but it does give a really high salary!! I want to be a lawyer is because my dad inspired me to have a hardworking job. Plus I am quite good at debating.

HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEY GUYS!!
So today I am here to tell you about what I did in the holidays.
It was so much fun.
This is how it went but be prepared for a long blog post.

Monday 28 September: On this day we went for a walk at Colonial Knob near the dump and we walked 10k but then we came back to the car and my mum's handbag got stolen and the car was broken into unfortunately.
Tuesday 29 September: We hung out at home and did nothing because we were all super tired from the walk. 
Wednesday 30 September: This was the day that I had a play with my friends Aidan, Henry and Robert at Cashmere Avenue School.
Thursday 1 October: This was the day that I don't remember what I did so I'll say that I had some fun.
Friday 2 October: This was the time I got packed to go to Taupo with my dad and my friend Aidan and we had a lot of fun at my granddad's house.
Saturday 3 October: Today Dad, Pa, Aidan and I went into town to have a bit of fun. We played mini golf, went on segways and did some prawn fishing. It was a lot of fun.
Sunday 4 October: Now this is a fun day because today we watched the England vs Aussie game then went to the fast as double V8 engine, Huka Falls Jet boat ride!!!!!
Monday 5 October: On this day, we arrived at our beach house in Waimarama (Hawkes Bay) and hung out at the beach for a long time. Then we chinwagged with our friends!!
Tuesday 6 October: Dropped off Abby's friend at a basketball tournament.
Wednesday 7 October: Stayed at beach and was 29 degrees!!
Thursday 8 October: Weather was terrible so went to movies in Havelock North and watched Pan then got a real fruit Ice Cream.
Friday 9 October: Today we left Waimarama to go to Masterton for Mum's Ironmaori Duathlon.
Saturday 10 October: Had a terrible migraine so stayed at hotel but good new was mum got first place for girls tied with her friend Ngarama!
Sunday 11 October: Came back home to WellyWood and had a day of recovery.
Monday 12 October: Came back to school. Yay?


Well I am sorry that I had a very action packed holidays but it was just way to awesome to miss.

MY art

So today I am going to be telling you about my favourite art piece that I have done. So apparently for art week Rm 11 was supposed to be doing a star wars themed art piece. But..... Some people are saying that Rm 12 copied us with the star wars art. Not very of you Rm 12. So today I am going to be talking about my favourite poem that I have done this year.

I like the Quatrain I did about Mr McGurk.

It goes a little something like this ...

Mr McGurk is not a jerk

Because he does not like twerk

He likes it when you bring him food

But he has a changing mood.

I like that poem because it is very interesting and is very true.

Artists and stuff

Hello

Today I am going to be telling you about an artist that I like.

That person is one of my relatives.

Her name is Edith Collier.

She is my Granddad's Aunt (so I guess she is my great-great aunt).

She was a very interesting person according to my Granddad and the internet.

Edith was born on the 28 March 1885, Wanganui and she died on the 12 December 1964.

She painted many paintings and some of them are displayed in Te Papa in Wellington. (I've never seen them before).

These are one of my favourite paintings.--------->

This is called Grazing Sheep.

I like this painting because is soothing and neutral.

It also shows lots of the countryside we have in NZ.

So when describing this painting it will take a lot of time. 

So....

The trees look very realistic.

The sky is so peaceful

Sheep are so neutral.

Grass is so fresh.

I could go on and on about it but I wont bore you.

So my next favourite painting is this.------------>

This is called the Doco Bug.

I like this because this looks like my fathers old house which he used to live in as a kid.

How do I know that this is what it looks like?

Because my father always shows me pictures of him and his relative and his farm houses and that.

I also like this because it is a nice country house on a farm.

Describing time.

The grass is very fresh.

Stony path.

Concrete house.

Farm=cool.

I could also go on and on but I can't be bothered.

SPORTSFEST DODGEBALL!!

HELLO!
So today I'm telling you about what and how I did at the Wellington regional sportsfest!

On the 26th of August, all of the year 7 and 8s went somewhere around Wellington to play different sport.

I was playing dodgeball at th Kilbirne recreation centre.

I was playing in the boys team with Liam, Henry, Oli, Jo, Andrew, Jesse, Mahon, Riley and Fraser. Our team was called the St Benedict's Beasts!

We started or games at around 10 o'clock. Every  team was going to play five games of dodgeball.

Our first game was against Holy Cross school. We won 4-1 but it was easy.

The second game was vs  Postgate. I'm haven't heard of this school before. Although these guys beat us 4-2 we still played well against them.

Our third game we played a team called Kahurangi Whetu. We won 3-2 and only just won

Our 4th game we played Newlands Intermediate and smashed them 4-1.

The final game we layed a team called Rangikura. They were really good sportsmanship although ne of the hit me in the face with a ball. They were also a very good team by beating us 4-1.

In the end the officials counted up the points.
Both St Bens

teams came third, for boys the Rangikura team came 2nd and Postgate came 1st.

Overall I think my team played really well and had a lot of fun and will hopefully be invited back next year.

I think I helped my team by catching, dodging and throwing well. I ended up in a 1 on 1 situation against Postgate it lasted about 2 minute until I was caught out.

Flag choice

Hey brudas,

So today I am choosing which flag I would like if It were to change

So here are some of my 4 decisions

My first decision would be the Silver Fern.
This is done by Kyle Lockwood.

He also did 4 other designs similar to this. 

I like this flag because it represents our country all over the world related to sport.

Since New Zealand has represented our country really well all over the world we should change it to this.

My second choice would be the Black Jack.
This is done by Mike Davison.
I like this because there is all sorts of things in here that represent our country.
Like the culture (Maori) .

My third choice would be this one. 

I'm not sure who it's by or what it's called but it's cool.

I like this because it has a really cool design and it represents our country.
It also shows some nature- (korus)- we have in NZ.



My final choice would be the Red Peak.
I have no idea who it's by.
I like this because it shows what our country colours are.
It also shows we have some mountains and landscape in the country.

ART PROJECTS AND STUFF!!!!!!!

HEY GUYS!

So today I shall be telling you about art and stuff related to that.

WHAT ART HAVE I ENJOYED DOING

Some art I have enjoyed doing was doing the falling through space art because it looks really cool just looking at it. But it's weird because most people's hands and feet are bigger than their heads so it's quite ironic.

WHAT ART SKILLS I NEED TO IMPROVE

Some art skills I need to improve would be painting.

I'm not that great at painting because I am not very good at keeping

paint inside the lines because paint brushes are not as easy as colouring pencils.

NEXT ART EXHIBITION IDEAS

Some ideas I would have for the next art exhibition would be doing a lego art because some art made with lego looks really cool!! Some lego creators can make art looks realistic!!!
